Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the Wudilii platform. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an Account, attending a webinar, submitting any form, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Wudilii under these Terms of Use. These Terms apply to all Users regardless of how they access the Platform.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your location, whichever is greater. Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Not be prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable laws or regulations.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Creating an Account
Certain features of the Platform require you to register for an Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must keep your Account information updated at all times.
4.2 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your Account with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@wudilii.com if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.3 Account Responsibility
All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
5. Use of the Platform
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes related to family budgeting and personal finance learning, unless a separate written agreement with Wudilii expressly grants other rights.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You must not, under any circumstances:
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, or exploit any Content or part of the Platform without prior written authorisation. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or data associated with the Platform. Upload, post, or transmit any content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or infringing on any third-party rights. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure. Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or data-mining techniques to extract Content or data from the Platform. Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
5.3 Webinar Participation
When participating in live webinars or interactive sessions, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and professionally. You must not record, capture, or redistribute webinar sessions without explicit written permission from Wudilii. Disruptive behaviour during sessions may result in immediate removal and Account suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
All Content, materials, designs, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property available on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Wudilii. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
6.2 Limited Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content strictly for personal educational purposes. This licence does not permit you to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, or create derivative works from any Content.
6.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, post, or upload any content to the Platform, including questions, comments, or feedback, you grant Wudilii a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to grant this licence.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
7.1 Fees
Access to certain features or events on the Platform may require payment of fees. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before purchase. Prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at the point of sale.
7.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you also agree to the terms of the relevant payment processor. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
7.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet stated eligibility criteria.
7.4 Subscription Cancellation
If you hold a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time through your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period unless otherwise required.
8. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy regularly.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your use of third-party services is governed solely by the terms of those services.
10. Disclaimers
10.1 Educational Purpose Only
All Content provided through the Platform, including webinars, materials, and expert presentations, is intended for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making any financial decisions.
10.2 No Warranty
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Content.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wudilii, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Wudilii in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wudilii and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting us at contact@wudilii.com or through your Account settings where available. Termination does not entitle you to any refund except as expressly provided in these Terms.
13.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful behaviour, or if required to do so by law.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, shall remain in full effect.
14. Modifications to the Platform
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
15. Governing Terms
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Wudilii with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
